Bank of America has asked junior bankers to disclose job offers for 18 months after starting as large investment banks look to crack down on private equity poaching.

The Wall Street bank has joined rivals by asking its analysts to disclose if they have a job offer elsewhere, telling them that they will be reassigned to another business area if they have.
