Mizuho has hired financial sponsors dealmaker Michael Magliana as it continues to build out its European investment bank.
Magliana has joined Mizuho as a vice chair and head of financial sponsors for Greenhill in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, according to people familiar with the matter. Mizuho acquired Greenhill in 2023 for $550m.
