UBS has hired a top Barclays dealmaker as part of a raft of senior changes within its investment bank that will see it double down on leveraged finance and financial sponsors coverage.
In the latest senior changes at the Swiss bank, Peter Toal is joining UBS from Barclays as global head of leveraged and debt capital markets, according to a memo seen byFinancial Newsand confirmed by a bank spokesman.
