Goldman Sachs is set to ask its junior bankers to declare their loyalty to the company every three months, as investment banks look to fend off poaching from private equity firms.

The US investment bank will ask its new analyst hires to certify that they have not accepted jobs elsewhere every quarter,Bloombergreported citing people familiar with the matter.
